Auction Notice: Additional Firearms Terms: The purchase of all firearms will be conducted using current federal, state and local laws. The purchase of all firearms on this auction requires a Nebraska Permit to Purchase, Nebraska Concealed Handgun Permit or an FFL and a valid driver's license. If you are from outside of Nebraska and purchase a firearm, the firearm purchased will be taken to a local gun dealer to be shipped to a gun dealer in your area. The Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees. All firearms purchasers are required to fill out a form 4473 and pay for their purchases prior to taking possession. Persons must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition. Transfers for purchases onsite the day of the auction are conducted at our business location. Transfers will not be able to begin until the last item is sold. Form 4473's will be filled out electronically and kept on file. A valid driver's license or State Issued Photo ID will be required for all firearms and ammo purchases. All items must be paid for day of sale, prior to removal. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on "as is where is" basis. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material.
